What they're looking for
- Grow our organic and AI-search presence. Own SEO strategy and execution, and help us stay ahead of how creators discover tools as AI-powered search (GEO) reshapes how people find and evaluate brands online
- Run a fast, disciplined testing program. Bring a test-and-learn mindset across your channels, using data to decide where to double down and where to pull back
- Report on what matters. Build the forecasts and reporting that keep leadership focused on the metrics that count and use what you learn to keep sharpening the strategy
- Contribute to the full customer journey. Your work sets customers up for a strong start, and you'll partner with our broader Marketing team to make sure that momentum carries through onboarding and beyond
- Work with AI as a daily habit. Use AI tools like Claude or Gemini as part of your daily workflow to accelerate your work
- 7+ years in digital marketing, including 5+ years in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing, with real ownership over strategy and budget
