As an Associate at KDT, you will be responsible for assisting in the underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution for new financial investments in high-potential companies within our semiconductor and infrastructure theme.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years of experience building financial models and analyzing company financial performance
- Experience in corporate business development, mergers & acquisitions, or related business investments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders and articulating a point of view
- Ability to travel up to 20%

- Build and maintain financial models to assess business performance, valuation, investment returns, and growth scenarios.
- Support strategic projects and special analyses that advance the firm's investment priorities
