About the role
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) PM role that requires end-to-end product ownership of Assisted Autonomy at Kodiak. You will be responsible for assessing and tracking the market, listening to customers, analyzing data, and evaluating Kodiak’s capabilities to unify a cross-functional team behind a cohesive product vision and strategy. Because this role involves both software and hardware , it requires a unique blend of technical depth, B2C UX/design sensibility, and rigorous execution.

- Data-driven prioritization & KPIs: Establish and monitor KPIs. Use data to improve performance, while prioritizing failure modes and features to improve overall safety
- Hardware & software integration: Drive product improvements across both software interfaces (job dispatch, telestation capabilities) and physical hardware integrations
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required to visit Kodiak commercial deployment locations to listen to customers and gather direct operational feedback

Kodiak is seeking a highly skilled and intrapreneurial Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our Assisted Autonomy (AA) solution. AA allows a human to remotely control a truck in certain low-speed and clearly-defined scenarios that benefit from human involvement. AA is part of the functionality of Kodiak's autonomous solution, the Kodiak Driver.
