About the role
The IT team at Komodo is primarily responsible for end user/help desk support, endpoint management, and internal system infrastructure. Their main focus is empowering Komodo users by providing reliable, scalable, and observable support and services.
What they're looking for
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent) applied to identity provider or SaaS configuration
- Experience with Workday as the HR system of record and its downstream integration patterns
- Software license management, utilization reporting, and renewal or true-up analysis
- Applies AI strategically and with judgment — knowing which tool fits the problem, and where its limits are
- Uses AI to accelerate feedback loops, test ideas, and make informed decisions faster
- Has developed or shared AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or prompts with others
