What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of relevant operational or technical field experience
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and negotiate directly with landowners
- Practical mechanical aptitude and comfort using common hand tools, voltmeters, ladders, and performing physical site preparation like excavating post holes and setting posts in cement
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and full willingness to travel weekly across the US (up to 44 weeks per year) with overnight stays Monday through Thursday
- Physical capability to work outdoors across varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
