Design and build backend APIs and services that power our AI agents and operations tooling Ship user-facing features end-to-end (from data model to API to UI)
What they're looking for
- At least 2 years of full time professional, non-internship experience in full-stack or backend engineering
- Experience with backend development (Python, Go)
- Strong code quality habits (testing, reviews, docs) and a product mindset
- Experience in FinTech, Risk Management, or Compliance is beneficial but not mandatory
- Experience with LLM/AI-powered products, event-driven systems, or data pipelines
- Security, privacy, and auditing best practices
