About the role
The Campus Operations Coordinator at LACI plays an essential role in the facilities management of the La Kretz Innovation Campus, a LEED Platinum facility (WELL re-certification in process). This role will be responsible for the performance and maintenance of building equipment and services, including coordinating janitorial, security, parking vendors.
What they're looking for
- Experience working in facilities, green buildings, or sustainability
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Outstanding organization and leadership abilities
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- A LEED AP, WELL, or other relevant green building certifications are a plus
