About the role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Director to lead and scale our founding SDR team at LangChain. Our SDRs play a critical role in helping companies adopt LangChain and LangSmith. They engage technical buyers, convert high inbound interest into qualified opportunities, and work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build pipeline.
