- A strong appetite for learning and personal growth
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in distributed systems, platform engineering, and driving architectural decisions
- Proficiency with typed, functional programming in Haskell, Scala, C#, or TypeScript
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, with PostgreSQL expertise preferred
- Expertise in system architecture, designing secure, scalable, and maintainable platforms
- Broad experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS (or equivalent cloud)
