What they're looking for
- BS/MS in Electrical, Computer, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in industrial automation architecture, business development, or solution design
- Expertise in automation platforms, industrial networking, functional safety, security, and IIoT technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex architectures into actionable business strategies and drive ecosystem adoption
- Experience collaborating with OEMs, system integrators, and technology vendors on validation and deployment of automation solutions
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with a track record of influencing customers and industry partners
