The LAUNCH Researcher role is the graduate school of venture capital.

Great venture capitalists aren’t trained in classrooms. They’re trained by studying markets, meeting founders, and evaluating thousands of startups.

This is an apprenticeship in early-stage investing where you will learn every layer of the VC stack:

Mapping fast-moving markets like AI and marketplaces

Finding exceptional founders before the rest of the market does

Evaluating startups and presenting investment opportunities

Performing real venture capital due diligence

You will see thousands of companies and learn how experienced investors separate signal from noise.

This is also one of the hardest training programs in venture capital.

Expect long hours, intense intellectual pressure, and demanding teammates. This role is designed for people who want to become exceptional investors, founders, or early-stage technology operators.
