Over the past few months at Layer Health, Marketing has been formalized as a function and we have stood up the foundations of a high-efficiency demand function. Now that we have built the engine, we are hiring a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to own it, fine-tune, and scale it. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

- Proven paid media ownership on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google, including audience strategy, creative testing, and budget management against pipeline targets
- Comfortable with messaging discipline. You can take a defined positioning and lexicon, write persona-specific copy within it, and know when a claim needs a source behind it
- A builder's instinct and a startup pace. You are as comfortable configuring a workflow as presenting a pipeline review, and you do not wait for a team to exist before getting things done
- Analytical and honest with data: you separate what is proven from what is projected and say so
- Strong partnership skills with Sales. You see pipeline as a shared number
