- Knowledge of and passion for AI: strong fundamentals of RL, fine-tuning, agentic workflows, building extensive RAG pipelines, and more. We like to work with people who already have shipped AI applications end to end

That’s what we’re doing at Layerup — we're deploying AI Agents for the most critical industries on the planet starting with financial services and insurance. Our goal for the next decade is to go from building autonomous systems for critical enterprises to eventually building full-stack autonomous systems (robotics + AI).
