What they're looking for
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- 15+ years of combined experience in top-tier law firm and in-house roles, with significant time as General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or senior deputy GC at a high-growth technology or SaaS company
- Deep experience advising on:
- Enterprise SaaS and commercial contracting
- Corporate governance and venture-backed/private equity-backed company issues
- Data privacy and security

The General Counsel (“GC”) is the chief legal officer of Legion Technologies and a key member of the executive leadership team. This role is responsible for:
