About the role
We are looking for an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join Legora's Executive Recruiting function and own the coordination behind our most senior, confidential searches. You will report to the Head of Executive Recruiting, as the first dedicated Coordinator supporting the function.

- You've coordinated recruiting or executive-level scheduling in a fast-moving environment, managing several senior stakeholders' calendars at once
- You've worked directly with external partners, such as search firms, vendors, or agencies, and kept that relationship running smoothly from your side
- You're comfortable being first into a role, building the coordination standard rather than inheriting one
- You've owned a tracker or pipeline that stayed accurate under pressure, the single source of truth the whole team worked from
