About the role
Legal Engineering (LE) sits at the center of how Legora wins. Our LEs run pilots, lead rollouts, drive product feedback, and bring deep legal subject-matter depth to every client. As we dramatically scale the North America team, we need someone to keep the engine running.
What they're looking for
- 1+ years of experience in strategy consulting, or business operations, ideally in high-growth tech or professional services
- Strong data skills. You can pull, clean, structure, and present numbers clearly, and you're fluent in spreadsheets. Bonus points for SQL, light scripting, or no-code tooling
- Excellent organizational instincts and clear, concise communication skills
- A bias toward action and a passion for process improvement
