What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or community, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of turning customer relationships into tangible marketing assets, such as reviews, case studies, or testimonials
- Experience designing or running a customer advisory board, community, or similarly structured customer engagement program
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability, with a knack for turning a customer's results into a compelling, specific narrative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities
