Role - We’re looking for a highly organized Operations Specialist to partner closely with senior leadership and help run the business day to day. This in-office role combines executive support , business operations , and offsite management in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Support hiring operations and onboarding
- Help maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences
