What they're looking for

- 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a direct customer-facing role (customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting)
- B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
- BA or BS
- Demonstrated experience problem-solving with attention to detail
- Stellar organizational skills and experience improving processes
