We are seeking an AI Agent Engineer to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge products and our customers' technical needs, ensuring successful deployment and integration. In this role, you will work closely with customer success, sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that drive measurable value for our customers. *Location: Boston or San Francisco (Berkeley) hybrid role (2 day/week in-office)
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical consulting role, preferably within the AI or technology sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Extreme sense of ownership, urgency, and customer obsession to ensure that you will thrive in our early stage enterprise startup environment
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, and familiarity with APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms
- Strong technical background with experience in software development, system integration, and cloud-based solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
