About the role
As Director of Product, Subscriber Value, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to deliver value to our subscribers, while growing Life360’s subscriber base and subscription business.
What they're looking for
- Demonstrable success in developing strategies that led to the growth of a subscription business, and in ideating and shipping features that drove measurable value for subscribers and increased their satisfaction
- Direct, hands-on ownership of pricing and packaging. You have shipped a price increase or a repackaging, and you can describe in detail what broke, what you did not anticipate, and what you would do differently
- A track record of product work enabled by commercial partnerships: you have scoped and launched revenue-share or embedded-partner integrations that increased the value of the product
- Deep empathy for families and comfort with the central tension of this role: Life360 is entrusted with families' safety, and every monetization decision either earns or erodes that trust
