- Own product sales, marketing and pricing for the business unit, including the teams supporting each function
- Own the unit's commercial and product outcomes, carrying a revenue target and a product uptake target
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for a new enterprise AI product line
- Recruit, structure and lead the business unit team
- Set the commercial operating cadence: pipeline management, forecasting and deal governance
- Work with engineering and product leadership to align the roadmap with commercial demand
