- Agile Product Leadership: Drive the full product lifecycle within an Agile framework, leading cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality features in continuous cycles
- Strategic Roadmapping: Own and plan your product area’s roadmap, moving beyond feature lists to focus on outcome-based goals that align with Series B scaling targets
- User Analytics & Design: Lead the integration of advanced user analytics and partner with Design and User Research teams to create intuitive interfaces for complex scientific workflows
- Stakeholder & KPI Management: Measure, track, and report on product KPIs to internal and external stakeholders, providing data-driven rationale for product pivots and investments
- Infrastructure & Tools: Utilise Jira and Confluence as the "source of truth" for technical specifications, ensuring seamless communication across Engineering and Product teams
