About the role

The Sales Compensation Analyst supports the administration and accurate execution of Liftoff's sales incentive programs. Working within the FP&A team and in close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and RevOps, this role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting monthly and quarterly payout cycles, and contributing to process improvement across the sales compensation function.

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree required, 2+ years of experience in finance, compensation, or a closely related analytical role
  • Working knowledge of sales compensation administration and incentive plan mechanics
  • Experience with sales comp tools (e.g., Performio, Everstage, Spiff, CaptivateIQ, or similar), ability to ramp up on new tools as needed
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, comfortable working with large datasets and performing reconciliations
  • High attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work with moderate autonomy on familiar tasks and seek guidance effectively on new or complex assignments
