About the role
LTD Semiconductor Senior Process Integration Development Engineers are responsible for leading scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures but not limited to: Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures coupled with the realization of these architectures.
What they're looking for
- The candidate must possess a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Scientific STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) field of study
- 2+ years of Semiconductor Industry experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Semiconductor processing
- Semiconductor fabrication
- Nanotechnology
- Design of Experiments (DOE)
