About the role
Own end-to-end recruiting for all company roles, from intake through offer and close. Partner with and advise hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and build effective interview processes.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of full-cycle and technical recruiting experience
- Proven track record hiring across multiple functions (hourly, engineering, sales, G&A, etc)
- Ability to operate independently and drive searches with limited oversight
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of open roles simultaneously
