About the role
Own the experience of our iOS and Android mobile apps, including guiding the adaptation of desktop features to mobile Pair closely with mobile engineers and product leads to initiate and complete mobile-specific projects, no hand-offs

- 5+ years experience designing software, with mobile-specific emphasis
- Courage to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for what you feel is right
- Humility to accept feedback, adapt your thinking, and iterate toward the best solution
- Experience with prototyping directly in code, or with tools like Figma, Origami, etc
- Ability to distill problems and feedback, then design clear, focused solutions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills — much of our work is async
