About the role
As a Product Manager at Linero, you will be a key driver of product execution on one of the most technically complex and operationally expansive platforms being built today. You will work closely with the CEO and engineering team to shape roadmap, priorities, and execution across an AI-native product with significant scope. - 5+ years of product management experience, with at least some of that at an early-stage company or in a high-ownership environment building enterprise AI/SaaS products
- Technical enough to earn the respect of a senior engineering team, you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what you're asking for
- Experience working on complex, workflow-heavy enterprise products with multiple user personas
- Exceptional ability to synthesize ambiguity into clarity, you can take a messy customer conversation and turn it into a crisp problem statement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Fluency with AI-powered product tools, you leverage AI to accelerate prototyping, spec writing, customer research synthesis, and roadmap analysis
