About the role
We're hiring a Head of Growth to build and own our paid acquisition engine from the ground up. You'll be the one who creates this engine, scales it past seven figures in annual spend, and turns it into one of the company's core competitive advantages. This is a true builder role.
What they're looking for
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth — ideally in consumer fintech, trading, crypto, or another high-growth consumer product
- Experience managing and scaling budgets across major paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) — you've personally built, scaled, and optimized campaigns
- Technical fluency in attribution and tracking: MMPs, pixels, server-side/conversion API implementations, and the judgment to know when the data is lying to you
- Entrepreneurial mentality: you thrive in fast-paced environments with high levels of agency and ownership
