About the role
We are seeking a Product Delivery Specialist to join Lithic’s team in our NYC office. In this role, you will lead complex customer implementations, drive operational excellence, and develop scalable processes that enable billions in transactions for the most innovative fintechs and digital banks. This position offers a unique vantage point across our business from product and engineering to compliance and operations allowing you to tackle meaningful challenges while making a tangible impact.
What they're looking for
- Drive full-cycle customer implementations, coordinating requirements, configurations, integrations to deliver solutions on time, maximize TTR, and delight customers
- Actively drive implementation progress by removing blockers, executing project plans, and delivering results efficiently, with a strong bias toward action and outcomes
- Proactively evaluate customer challenges and risks, applying problem-solving skills to remove barriers and work cross functionally to optimize the integration
- Execute and support technical deliverables and integrations with our network and issuer partners
- Provide domain expertise and insights to guide internal decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Develop deep expertise in card issuance and processing, becoming a trusted advisor to both customers, partners, and internal teams
