We're hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to own it outright: three teams, 20-25 engineers across the US and India, and a clear mandate to modernize the platform — migrating to Temporal, building self-service, and bringing AI-driven workflows to a system already running at massive scale. What they're looking for
- AdTech, MarTech, or data collaboration experience, such as Conversions API, Customer Match, DSPs, or clean rooms
- Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Apache Spark, and Temporal or Cadence
- Led a platform shift toward API-first and self-service
- Applied AI or agentic tools in production or in engineering workflows, including MCP
- Familiar with privacy regulations that apply to consumer data delivery, such as GDPR and CCPA
