About Loop

About Loop Loop is industrializing services through AI, starting with one of the world's most complex industries: the global supply chain. We're an AI-native company built to solve the systemic data problem that's held logistics back for decades. Backed by Index and a16z.

About the role

You will find, evaluate, and close acquisitions for Loop, and then help build the businesses you bring in. This is not a traditional corp dev role. Every acquisition becomes part of Loop permanently, so every deal you work on is one you will live with. The quality of your judgment compounds. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

About the Role

You will find, evaluate, and close acquisitions for Loop, and then help build the businesses you bring in. This is not a traditional corp dev role. Every acquisition becomes part of Loop permanently, so every deal you work on is one you will live with. The quality of your judgment compounds.

You will own the full deal lifecycle: sourcing proprietary opportunities, building relationships with founders and owners, underwriting businesses, leading diligence, and driving transactions to close. The work doesn't stop at signing. You will stay close to each business post-close and help realize the AI transformation.

There are no layers between you and the work. You run your own processes, build your own relationships, and bring recommendations directly to the CEO and leadership team. The structure is flat because the work demands it.

As Loop grows, this role scales with it. You will build deep expertise in supply chain services and develop a network of owners, bankers, and operators, and help shape the M&A strategy.

This is an in-person role based in New York, with the expectation of being in the office 4+ days per week.
