What they're looking for
- Proven success closing mid-market SaaS deals
- 3+ years of closing experience, with a track record in the $50K-250K ACV range
- Track record of full-cycle selling - prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close - working a defined target-account list
- Strong communicator who can translate technical and product concepts into clear business value
- Comfort running a high-velocity pipeline: deal cycles typically 30-90 days against a $600K-1.2M quota
- Builder mindset - you're excited to shape GTM motion and systems in a fast-scaling org
