About the role
The Creator Success Coordinator is the first point of contact for creators and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional creator experience. This role manages creator communications across multiple channels, responds to inbound support inquiries, moderates creator communities, and supports the execution of Creator Success programs and events.

- Serve as the first line of support by managing creator tickets and inquiries with exceptional customer service and timely follow-up
- Moderate creator communities and social media channels, fostering positive engagement and escalating issues when appropriate
- Manage creator communications across email, social platforms, blogs, and other creator-facing channels
- Write blog posts, announcements, newsletters, and educational content that keeps creators informed and engaged
- Build polished presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and executive-ready decks to support team initiatives and creator communications
- Coordinate Zoom webinars, virtual events, meetings, and creator engagement sessions
