About the role
We're looking for a Product Engineer to own the end-to-end development of Lucidic's optimization platform. You will build intuitive interfaces that help enterprise teams measure, improve, and deploy their AI agents with confidence.

We're looking for a Product Engineer to own the end-to-end development of Lucidic's optimization platform. You will build intuitive interfaces that help enterprise teams measure, improve, and deploy their AI agents with confidence.
- Build and maintain the Lucidic dashboard and optimization workflows
- Design and implement APIs that power our optimization platform
- Work closely with customers to understand their workflows and translate needs into product features
- Collaborate with the research team to surface optimization insights through compelling visualizations
- Own features from conception through deployment and iteration
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and best practices
