What they're looking for
- A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Metallurgical, Plastics, or a related engineering field
- 2+ years of professional experience in an engineering, applications, technical support, technical sales, or production role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and genuine comfort working directly with customers — including presenting technical results and managing expectations on scope
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude — comfortable with fixturing, tolerances, and how parts are actually made
- Energized by breadth. This role spans hardware operation, software, automation, and customer relationships, and no two weeks look the same
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, approximately 30%
