We are seeking a Head of People to lead Lumafield's HR, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace Experience functions. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you'll own and drive our people programs, lead our recruiting team, and provide hands-on HR partnership to leaders across the company, helping them build, manage, and develop high-performing teams. - 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles, including experience leading teams and owning people programs
- Demonstrated success building, implementing, and scaling people programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience leading or overseeing Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and hiring operations
- Strong HR business partnership experience, including navigating complex employee relations matters and driving performance management
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with a willingness to take a hands-on approach to solving problems
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels
