What they're looking for
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, hardware operations, inventory management, or a related operational role
- Hands-on experience managing shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Experience coordinating domestic and/or international shipments and working with logistics providers
- Comfort working with computer hardware, servers, networking equipment, or other technical equipment
- Ability to perform or quickly learn basic hardware provisioning, software flashing, and functional testing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly around inventory, documentation, and shipment tracking

Lumana is looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to own the day-to-day movement, inventory, and operational readiness of the hardware that supports our global deployments.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of supply chain, logistics, inventory, and technical hardware operations. You'll coordinate shipments across Israel and the United States, manage relationships and workflows with our manufacturing and logistics partners, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure Lumana hardware is properly prepared and ready for deployment.
You'll also support basic provisioning of Lumana servers and cores, including software flashing, configuration, and functional testing. You don't need to be an engineer — but you should be comfortable working with computer hardware and learning technical processes.
