We are seeking a Director Product Line Management (Co Packaging Optical Solution) to join our rapidly growing team. This isn't just another role. What they're looking for
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, Materials Science, or related field, or equivalent experience in photonics reliability engineering with direct exposure to Optical system, Silicon Photonics, laser technologies, and optical transceivers
- Strong knowledge in photonics device physics, photonics packaging, and failure mechanisms
- Demonstrated success supporting NPI programs and product qualification from concept through volume production
- In-depth knowledge of relevant standards (GR-468, Telcordia, JEDEC, MIL-STD) required for a successful program release
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional and supplier teams
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment serving telecom/datacom markets
