About the role
We’re hiring our first Forward Deployed Engineer. You’ll take newly signed enterprise customers, connect Lunos to their ERP and CRM, get their messy data into shape, and take them live. Then you’ll turn what you learned into code and a playbook, so the next one goes faster. We have a busy pipeline of enterprise onboardings, and you’ll shape how this function works as it grows. What they're looking for
- Has shipped third-party API integrations that held up in production (OAuth, sync, rate limits, idempotency, writing data back)
- Writes strong TypeScript and SQL
- Has been the technical owner in front of customers, and enjoyed it
- Treats other people’s financial data with care
- Bonus: LLM or agent experience, a fintech or AR background, QuickBooks/Salesforce/HubSpot APIs
