About the role
Elveo's Systems Engineering team is building the tools that let engineers and operators understand, configure, and manage a large-scale satellite constellation in real time. We're looking for a UI/graphics software engineer to own the visualization and interaction layer for our System Simulation Tool (SST) and System Orchestration and Resource Manager (SORM) .
What they're looking for
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Game Development/Design with a strong programming focus, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience
- • 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience, including UI/graphics development in games or other real-time 3D applications (simulation, visualization, AR/VR)
- • Strong proficiency in AI code generation, TypeScript/JavaScript (web clients) or C++/C# (engine-based clients), and willingness to work across all
- • Strong grasp of real-time rendering fundamentals (cameras, scene management, shaders, frame budgets) and of building responsive UIs driven by continuously updating data
- • Comfortable owning both visual/UX decisions and the underlying engineering
- • Ability to work directly with backend/simulation engineers to define interfaces between systems
