About the role
We are seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Solutions Director to own the development, execution, and lifecycle of our Health Plan/Health System new solutions. Working in close partnership with our Sales, Product, Clinical, and Finance orgs, the Solution Director will be responsible for commercializing our services technology and to solve critical business problems.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic role within an enterprise B2B technology or health care company. Relevant experience includes product management, product marketing, sales leadership, client development, and/or management consulting
- Demonstrated experience defining and launching complex solutions that bundle software/technology with services
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with experience building business cases and using data to drive decisions
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to a variety of stakeholders, from C-level executives to Product Managers
- Skilled in engaging with prospects and customers/clients as part of a sales process
