In this newly created role, you'll effectively close the loop in the flywheel: you'll help build and run the activation layer - events, content, campaigns, data projects— and feed what you learn back into our talent intelligence and community strategy.
Support sourcing, screening, and warm introductions for select searches.
Assist in the planning and execution of talent-facing events (dinners, roundtables, webinars, community meetups) that build and deepen M13's network of executive and functional talent across the portfolio.
Execute content and campaigns — newsletters, LinkedIn content, talent spotlights, portfolio job promotion — that keep the community engaged and drive top-of-funnel candidate interest.
