- 5–8+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing equipment maintenance, CNC maintenance, machine-tool service, or a related technical field
- Strong hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting CNC machining equipment
- Experience with one or more major CNC/machine-tool manufacturers such as DMG MORI, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, DN Solutions/Doosan, or similar equipment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, including bearings, spindles, ball screws, linear guides, lubrication systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and cooling systems
- Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and machine control systems
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and OEM technical documentation
