About the role
Mach Industries is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to support planning, coordination, and execution of domestic and international field operations, flight test activities, demonstrations, and deployments. This role ensures personnel, equipment, test assets, transportation, documentation, facilities, and other operational resources are coordinated and ready to support successful field execution.
What they're looking for
- Experience in field operations, logistics, aviation operations, military operations, flight test, transportation, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or a related operational environment
- Experience coordinating personnel, equipment, transportation, schedules, vendors, or other operational resources
- Demonstrated ability to organize and execute multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to changing field conditions
- Experience maintaining accurate operational, logistics, inventory, shipping, or transportation documentation
- Ability to identify operational and logistical risks and escalate matters requiring specialized technical or regulatory expertise
