- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, investment analysis, management consulting, or a related analytical role
- Strong financial modeling skills, including financial forecasting, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and business case development
- Demonstrated experience analyzing complex financial and operational data and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and key financial performance metrics
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization
