### The role
Own the agent research behind 40,000+ autonomous businesses, from experiments to production. Your work decides what 40,000 businesses do next, and it ships to real customers in days, not quarters.
### What you'll do
- Own evals, agent architectures, and model strategy end to end
- Run the loop from research experiments to production systems
- Build the research function: you're its first member and its leader
- Set the technical direction toward fully self-driving businesses
### Who you are
- Deep hands-on experience with LLM agents, evals, or applied ML research
- You measure your work by what ships, not what publishes
- Comfortable being the entire research org on day one
