About Madrone

Cool your data center with 20°C water while using 30% less water and electricity than a chiller. Forget the wet bulb, cool to the dew point. Backed by Y Combinator.

About the role

You get to choose! If you're excited about the mission and believe you have a way to contribute in an extraordinary way, please let us know. Give us a description of what you are interested in doing and why we should consider you for the position you are proposing.

More about this role

Madrone is building the thermal infrastructure required for artificial intelligence to tackle humanity’s most complex challenges - from curing cancer to achieving room-temperature superconductivity.

Power is the primary constraint on data center growth, and currently up to 40% of power is lost to cooling at current GW-scale sites.

Madrone’s first product is a modular, hyper-efficient facility water cooling system for hyperscale data centers. It allows cooling to the dew point, lower than anyone else can without using mechanical chillers.

We’re assembling an exceptional team to push the frontier of heat rejection on Earth.
