About the role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Product Designer to help shape the core user experience for our sportsbook platform. This is a role for a high-craft practitioner who excels at executing complex, high-velocity consumer flows and collaborating closely with cross-functional peers. You will contribute directly to our most impactful sportsbook initiatives, elevate our design quality, and help mentor team members by setting a high bar for product craft.
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in product design , with a proven track record of operating at a senior level (e.g., Senior, Lead, or Principal) with experience mentoring other designers
- A basic understanding of crypto is required. You should have a foundational grasp of the space (e.g., how wallets or transactions work) and a curiosity to learn how to design for decentralized platforms
- A deep enthusiasm for sports. A genuine passion for sports betting or the mechanics of sports markets is highly desirable
- A compelling portfolio showcasing both exceptional, recent hands-on design work and your ability to lead complex projects. Your portfolio should reflect a high degree of visual craft and strategic thinking
- A "builder" mindset , with a track record of operating with autonomy and thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Proven ability to lead projects that simplify highly complex concepts into delightfully simple and intuitive user experiences
