- Act as Head of Group Accounting, contributing the global accounting strategy and governance framework
- Lead and manage a geographically distributed accounting organization, with most of the team based in Romania
- Assess and evaluate the company’s financial performance against long-term strategic objectives, budgets, and forecasts
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership on short-term and long-term growth initiatives, enabling informed decision-making
- Participate in and influence key strategic decisions related to business initiatives, operating models, and investments
- Align accounting teams and cross-functional stakeholders with the company’s long-term strategy and objectives and key results, ensuring execution discipline

Join our Finance Team at our Amsterdam head office, where you will play a key leadership role in overseeing Mambu’s accounting (GAAP/IFRS), financial reporting, revenue controls, and overall financial governance, while also driving the strategic direction and implementation of automation and best practices.
You will work closely with senior leaders across FP&A, Sales, Legal, Delivery, and Customer Support, influencing operating models, process design, and system improvements within your scope of responsibility.
You will lead a multi-layered accounting organisation, with several direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
